Terms of Service

The service
Kevaro is a recruitment CRM: candidate, job, and placement management, calendar and messaging, and optional AI features, for recruitment agencies ("Agencies") and the users they add to their account.
Accounts
An Agency's admin manages user accounts on the Agency's behalf and is responsible for their team's use of the service. Every account requires two-factor authentication — this can't be turned off for an individual user.
Subscriptions
Kevaro is offered on subscription plans that vary by number of user seats and AI access. Seat limits are enforced automatically; an Agency that needs more room than its plan allows can upgrade or contact us about a one-off increase. Self-serve sign-up is not yet open — current Agencies are onboarded directly by us.
Acceptable use
Kevaro is for genuine recruitment activity. Don't use it to store data you don't have a lawful basis to hold, to attempt to access another Agency's data, or to circumvent the seat, usage, or security controls built into the service.
AI features
Where enabled, Kevaro's AI features (CV parsing, candidate matching, and Ask AI) are assistive tools — they suggest and summarise, they don't decide. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong, and an Agency remains responsible for reviewing them and for any recruitment or compliance decision made using them, including right-to-work and equal opportunities obligations.
Data ownership
An Agency owns the candidate, job, and client data it enters into Kevaro. We process it on the Agency's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, and don't use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the service.
Termination
An Agency can stop using Kevaro at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious breach of these terms, such as attempting to access another Agency's data.
Liability
Kevaro is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change.
